How they can be vegan?
We do not kill or collect dead animals. We do not use animal parts on any stage of the process. We simply carve them in sculpting materials such as Fimo, green stuff, multiply. How can we know how skulls look? Internet! There is lots of photos already on the web.
Omg! they look so fragile! won't they brake?
Of course, you can brake them. With a car, hammer or your dog, but they are much less fragile than you think. We were throwing them on the wall and from the first floor and hit them with the hammer. 99% survived. But not crows. Crows are a bit fragile. only 75% survived - because of the thin beak.
My order status is delayed!
Most of the time item is sent but we forgot to change status (sorry, we are artists and when we do artistic things and sometimes we forget about mundane things)

Something happened and we are working on it. Like we are out of that particular skull that you've ordered. We have over 500+ versions of skulls and sell them also in real life. It's quite hard to run logistic in real-time. In all cases, you get email what happened when well send your package.

My order status is not changing! What is happening?
After the status "sent from Poland" you'll not get the info till the package will arrive in your county or the next stop. So, if you do not see any changes it is still on the truck or ship or plane. Don't worry. We deliver 100% of our orders and your order is as important to us as all the others.
Oh, and even tho it's 21st-century online delivery systems sometimes lags and things happen, like in Suez Canal
How long do shipments usually take?
It depends on many factors.
Approx delivery time in Europe is 2-5 business days.
For the rest of the world ( for example New Zealand and USA) it may takes to 22 business days
If you want faster shipping choose UPS which is usually faster than Polish Post Service and shipments reach their destination in 3-8 business days in most cases
but occasionally takes longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays
the further the longer :) We will make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible.
